Today, I'll be sharing with you another super easy yet absolutely delicious recipe!
Here are the ingredients you need:
- 1/2 kilo of diced pork
- 8 pcs. of tofu cubes
- 1/2 cup of kinchay
- a can of salted black beans
- knorr pork broth cubes & pepper
- 1 tsp. of sugar
- 1/2 cup of cooking oil
- 1/2 cup of diced onion & tomatoes
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cup of water
Procedure:
- In a large pot, add water and the pork cubes, cover then bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 5-6 minutes.
- Remove the scum from the broth and drain. Set aside the pork cubes.
- Heat a pan, add 1/2 cup of cooking oil and start frying the tofu. Drain and cut to small cubes. Set aside.
- Heat a separate pan and add a tbsp. of cooking oil. Add the garlic and onion, saute for a minute then add the tomatoes. Saute for one more minute.
- Add the diced pork and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add the salted black beans and stir. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pour 1 1/2 of water and cover. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add knorr pork broth cubes ,1 tsp. of sugar and pepper
- Add 1/2 cup of kinchay. Stir and simmer for about 2 minutes
- Add the fried tofu cubes. Mix well.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
